Sophia is the mother of Clelia and Antonis. She is sweet, kind, cultured, and hospitable. But deep down she is trapped in a situation from which she does not know how to escape. She covers for Fanis out of necessity. There is an informal agreement between them. She tries to be a good mother, without always succeeding.
