It always starts with the person who sets the rhythm of the work and here Christopher is literally the conductor, because in Italian, in the neorealist era, the director was called the conductor. But here Christopher is not only a director, he is an orchestra on his own. He’s on the job from A to Z, so he has a huge responsibility for the creative conditions he has created for all of us to give 100% of ourselves. And when someone takes care of the conditions so carefully, all the collaborators and behind the camera are happy with what they’re doing, they feel like they’re part of a vision that touches his expectations.
