Orestis discovers that the lives of the people on the island are not what they appear to be. He develops a close personal connection with them, during which time he uncovers dark details about each of them. He takes a stance against the brutal violence that Spyros and Maria face in the hands of Charalampos. Orestis’ emotions for Clelia are getting stronger, but he refuses to allow himself to fall into them because he knows that he shouldn’t get involved.
